ADMISSION
Admissions to any course are made for one academic year only. Students will be admitted to the next higher class ( subsequent academic years ) on the basis of fresh application for admission to that class taking into account their progress, conduct and behaviour during the year.

COURSE DURATION
The courses are of three years duration with 6 Semesters. Mangalore University holds Semester Examinations at the end of every 6 months for 3 years. In addition to this as a part of continuous assessment , college will conduct periodic internal tests, quizzes, seminars etc. Marks scored for this internal assessment marks shall be added to semester end examination

FEE STRUCTURE
A student admitted to the College shall have to pay the fees as prescribed at the time of admission each year.
(i) Fees should be paid on or before the last date prescribed for it by the Principal. Thereafter a defaulter is liable to pay in addition to the fees proper, a fine of Rs.50 for the delay of first seven days. If fee remains unpaid on the last date prescribed for payment of fees with fine, the defaulter’s name will be struck off the college register.
(ii) Fees paid in will not be refunded under any circumstance.
(iii) All the payments due to the College shall be paid only in the cash counter and receipts should be obtained.

On Saturday : From 9.30 A.M. to 12.00 Noon

Endowment prize & Scholarship
1. Late Sri Upendra Pai Memorial Endowment prize instituted by Late Sri.T.Mohandas Pai former President, Dr.T.M.A.Pai Foundation, Manipal, to the students who secured highest marks in First B.Com. and First BBA examination.
2. The Endowment prize instituted by Late Sri Rabindra Nayak P. Member, Dr.T.M.A.Pai Foundation, Manipal, to the students who secured highest marks in Second B.Com. and Second BBA examination.
3. Late H.Keshav Pai Memorial Endowment prize instituted by Sri H.Ranganatha Pai , to the students who secure I & II highest marks in Final B..Com and BBM examination.
4. Late Karkada Mahalaxmi Memorial Endowment prize instituted by Prof.K.S.Adiga, to the students scoring highest marks in Final B.Com. and Final B.B.A. examinations.
5 Kochikar trust fund Udupi had endowed four prizes to four deserving students preferably two boys & two girls from the final year classes.
